Designed to detect incomplete boxes at the end of a line, this system assures that the total contents written on the outside of the box is exactly equal to the number of items within the box. By running this type of check on the final product, the DCI-50 guarantees both a reduction in the level of product waste and that the number of packages inside the box matches the number shown on the label.

The DCI-50 incorporates an easy-access control panel and simple menus from which the operator can quickly set the weight parameters.

The unit’s internal detection electronics includes multiple dry contact outputs which can be connected to trigger a number of optional devices such as a visible (or audible) alarm or mechanical reject assemblies.
