Key Personnel

Michael Hookerand Michael Flemingare the two founding members of the company and as Company Directors they play a major part in the day to day running of the business. Together they have years of experience in the packaging industry and with very different attributes, these combined they have established a successful business with customers throughout Australia New Zealand and the South Pacific Region.

Peter Cumberlege heads up the Sales Department. He has been selling into the Packaging Industry for the last 15 years, bringing his expertise and knowledge of the laser Industry to introduce Australia to the globally respected Macsa Lasers from Spain. With the new products being introduced, Peter has also needed to expand our support with new and existing agencies throughout Australia and New Zealand for the exciting growth ahead for Thermal CodingAustralia.

Colin Smith has been with us for over 7 years and is our technical manager who gets involved in the Installation of our equipment from first measuring up on site to designing and drawing up Bracketry to then installing and training our customers. Colin is also involved with special projects and assessing new products.

John Mc Lean has been with us for over 11 years and is our leading engineer, he is also in charge of manufacturing the brackets needed to support our printers and Label applicators. John plays a big part in designing the Bracketry and also assists in installing the equipment

The Office Staff and Service Engineers make up the rest of the Thermal CodingTeam.
