For the last two years Thermal Coding Australia has been the Sole Distributor of the Macsa Range of Lasers from Spain. Due to the success of the Laser Sales during this period, it is expanding into a new division with a fresh Identity, the new business will be called “Laser Coding Australia Pty Ltd ”.

Spearheading the Laser business with trained laser engineers in all States, will be Peter Cumberlege as General Manager. He brings over 15 years experience in Laser Coding and Marking.

Peter said that, “It is important for us to show the Australian Market Place that we are exclusively a Laser Supplier with the experience and capabilities in house of designing and installing major Laser systems as well as supporting the current compact low cost 10 watt iCON Laser that can be fully installed for under $20k.”

In the last two years, with the Macsa Laser Technology now becoming affordable to all manufacturers however big or small, we have become the Market Leader and continue installing and commissioning lasers around Australia, from one off laser sales to the larger Multinationals who require fully networkable multiple Lasers on their production lines.

LASER CODING BARCODES ONTO CORRUGATE CARTONS

Laser Coding Australia (Division of Thermal Coding Australia Pty Ltd) has launched a new product that allows more reliability and flexibility at the end of your production line while applying real time information onto the outer cartons. Recent developments allows us to offer a more cost effective solution to replace online Barcode labelling. By printing a Patch of specially formulated Barcode Ink directly on the corrugate carton as a second colour during the manufacturing process by the Corrugator that manufactures the carton. This allows us to laser code your carton on your production line at up to 50 cartons a minute with real time information, logos, texts as well as good contrasting barcodes.
